Collections Specialist

TL;DR

Collections Specialist (Finance): Daily monitoring of accounts receivable, following up on outstanding payments, resolving disputes and invoice discrepancies with an accent on negotiating payment arrangements and collaborating with sales and accounting teams. Focus on ensuring timely cash application, processing customer requests, and managing a large customer portfolio under high intensity.

Location: Hybrid in Tel Aviv office (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

What you will do

• Monitor accounts receivable daily and follow up on outstanding payments
• Resolve invoice discrepancies, disputes, and payment delays through negotiation
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, accounting, sales, and account management teams
• Ensure accurate and timely cash application and handle unrecognized payments
• Process customer requests like address changes and vendor forms

Requirements

• Degree in finance, economics, or business management preferred
• Excellent English – written and spoken
• 2+ years as Collections or Billing specialist
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and work independently in high-intensity environment
• Systems like Salesforce, Zuora, AR tools a plus
