TL;DR

Manager, AI: Designing and deploying high-impact AI solutions organization-wide with an accent on reliability, scalability, and business value. Focus on leading full AI lifecycle from ROI assessment to production monitoring, mentoring AI/ML developers, and integrating with enterprise systems.

Location: Onsite presence required at South Burlington, Vermont office. Able to relocate or commute. Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

Salary: $170,000 - $190,000

Design and manufacture specialized industrial computers and hardware solutions for global companies.

What you will do

  • Deploy AI across hirify.global, driving systems and structures for tool maintenance post-implementation.
  • Lead development of AI-powered features and products, identifying innovation opportunities.
  • Guide business processes to support AI implementations and automation.
  • Assess feasibility of new AI projects delivering real business value.
  • Monitor AI performance in production for reliability and scalability.
  • Manage and mentor a team of AI/ML developers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar technical/business field.
  • 5+ years in AI/ML development/deployment, 2+ years leading technical teams.
  • Deep proficiency in Machine Learning (Supervised/Unsupervised), LLMs, Computer Vision in industrial/manufacturing contexts.
  • Track record orchestrating full AI lifecycle: ROI assessment, governance, maintenance.
  • Experience with scalable AI on cloud (AWS/Azure), Edge AI, MES/ERP integration.
  • Data pipeline oversight for integrity, quality, GDPR/NIST compliance.
  • Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
