Location: Los Angeles, CA (5 days on-site/week)

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 per year (base + quarterly bonus + equity)

What you will do

• Triage and respond to sales tickets, escalating product or technical issues
• Support sales reps with GTM tooling questions and daily operations
• Maintain and support GTM tech stack (Outreach.io, Nooks.ai, Clay)
• Partner with leadership to improve workflows using AI tools and remove sales friction
• Facilitate onboarding logistics for new hires in GTM tech stack
• Handle ad-hoc requests and optimize processes for efficiency

Requirements

• 2–4 years in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, Sales Support, Business Ops, or similar
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Must be comfortable using AI tools
• Self-starter mentality, spotting and fixing issues proactively
• Detail-oriented with big-picture awareness
• Embody value of serving others before self

• Experience with Salesforce, Outreach.io, Clay, or Nooks
