Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end investigations and formal defense for complex regulatory inquiries from the CFPB, State AGs, and BBB.
• Analyze consumer complaint data to identify systemic root causes and champion technical and procedural enhancements.
• Design and oversee automated BI dashboards to monitor KPIs and sentiment for senior leadership and bank partners.
• Continuously enhance internal policies and SOPs to ensure alignment with UDAAP, Reg E, and Reg Z.
• Build and evolve high-performing workflows, SLAs, and escalation protocols using modern CRM and automation platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Legal Studies; JD or professional certifications (CRCM, CAMS) are highly preferred.
• 4+ years of direct experience in regulatory response, compliance operations, or risk management within the fintech or banking sector.
• Expert-level command of federal and state consumer protection laws, specifically UDAAP, Reg E, Reg Z, FCRA, and GLBA.
• Proficiency with CRM/ticketing systems (Jira, Salesforce, Zendesk) and data visualization tools (Sigma, Tableau, or Looker).
• Must be based in or be able to work hybrid in Los Angeles, CA.
