The company is hiring for a compliance position in fintech and crypto. BitPay is seeking professionals to support their Compliance & Risk team with KYC, AML, and related operations in the payments and virtual currency space.

📋 Responsibilities include:
- Leading or supporting KYC operations, risk scoring, and EDD processes
- Partnering cross-functionally with teams like Sales, Product, and Engineering
- Strengthening compliance controls, monitoring, and regulatory alignment
- Overseeing program elements such as SOPs, QA, vendor management, and global client onboarding where applicable

🔑 Requirements:
- Experience in AML, KYC, compliance, or risk in crypto, fintech, or financial services
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of regulatory frameworks
- Ability to handle transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, or onboarding reviews
