What you will do

• Lead agency relationships, holding them accountable to timelines, quality, and outcomes.
• Drive operating cadence, planning, prioritization, and cross-functional coordination for key initiatives.
• Act as strategic partner to VP of Marketing, pressure-testing priorities and representing marketing across the organization.
• Build AI-powered marketing machine, redesigning workflows for content production and team adoption.

Requirements

• 10+ years in marketing, strategy, growth, or operations in fast-moving environments
• Hands-on AI fluency and experience building AI-powered systems in marketing context
• Experience working with VP/CMO level
• Startup or high-growth experience (Series B–D) strongly preferred
• Exceptional writing, systems thinking, and cross-functional orchestration skills
• High agency, accountability, adaptability, and operational rigor
