Technical Business Analyst (Salesforce)

TL;DR

Technical Business Analyst (Salesforce): Gather requirements, validate processes, document systems and flows, and support cross-functional projects with an accent on business analysis, user stories, and solution design. Location: IND Remote (Onsite/Hybrid/Remote depending on location, 0-25% travel may be required)

What you will do

• Provide support to cross-functional teams with detailed research, analysis, and documentation of findings
• Document and distribute new or revised processes and procedures from projects
• Analyze business problems, recommend solutions, write user stories with acceptance criteria
• Create solution designs and project plans, test implementations, manage QA and UAT
• Conduct system demos, user training, facilitate acceptance and sign-off
• Review market data, work with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and recommendations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years of related experience, including 2+ years with Salesforce Platform
• Excellent oral and written English communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
• Well-versed in Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum methodologies
• Familiarity with relational databases, client-server concepts, SharePoint, Smartsheet, Jira

Nice to have

• Salesforce Business Analyst Certification
• Experience in Finance or Marketing
• Financial analysis and familiarity with financial terms
