What you will do

• Administer and optimize Okta, including SSO, MFA, lifecycle management, and security policies.
• Own identity governance processes, including onboarding/offboarding and role-based access controls.
• Manage enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, Jira/Confluence, Cloudflare Zero Trust, Slack, and Google Workspace.
• Design and build automations and integrations using n8n, APIs, scripts, and webhooks.
• Ensure system compliance with regulatory requirements including SOX, PCI, and HIPAA.
• Collaborate with Security, Engineering, and IT teams on system improvements and incident response.

Requirements

• 4–7+ years of experience in Systems Engineering, IAM, Business Systems, or IT Engineering.
• Hands-on expertise with Okta and experience supporting Salesforce, Atlassian, and Google Workspace.
• Strong understanding of SAML, OIDC, OAuth, SCIM, and zero trust concepts.
• Experience building integrations using n8n, Tray, Workato, Python, or PowerShell.
• Must be based in or be able to work onsite in Los Angeles.

Nice to have

• Okta and/or Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with Slack Enterprise Grid, CrowdStrike, Meraki, Fortigate, Zoom Phone, or AWS.
• Background supporting high-growth or regulated environments.
