What you will do

• Build and operate the end-to-end corporate IT environment, including endpoint and identity management.
• Define and execute an IT strategy that scales with headcount growth and supports business goals.
• Automate manual IT processes using APIs, scripting, and workflow tools.
• Manage the full lifecycle of onboarding and offboarding, including device and access provisioning.
• Conduct SaaS audits to optimize resource utilization and enhance security posture.
• Ensure IT operations align with compliance frameworks, specifically SOC2.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in IT Operations or Technical Support within high-growth startups.
• Proven track record of managing IT infrastructure in a SaaS or software environment.
• Deep understanding of networking, security fundamentals, and IAM.
• Experience supporting global teams across multiple time zones.
• Strong incident management and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to both engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
