What you will do

• Support the global implementation of the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.
• Manage contract documents to facilitate system migration.
• Assist with the "Up & Go" subproject, focusing on the implementation and training for self-uploading contracts.
• Perform tool testing and gather user feedback for improvements.

Requirements

• Enrolled student from the 3rd semester onwards in Law, Commercial Law, Business Informatics, or Business Administration with an IT focus.
• Must remain enrolled for at least another 12 months.
• Availability: 15–20 hours per week for at least 6–12 months.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and MS SharePoint (content types, template management, page design).
• Fluent in English with strong communication skills for a global audience.
• Strong affinity for IT, technology, and Project Management.
