What you will do

• Manage onboarding process for new dental practices, including documentation and setup.
• Deliver interactive in-person training sessions on patient financing options, customizing materials to practice needs.
• Serve as subject matter expert, answering questions and providing ongoing support.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and gather feedback for product and training improvements.
• Maintain records in Salesforce and report on training outcomes and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• Based anywhere in Texas or Florida with 75% travel
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related (advantage).
• Minimum 3+ years in account management, customer success, or training.
• Experience in dental industry or patient financing highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, presentation, organizational skills; proficiency in CRM tools.
• Customer-focused, problem-solving mindset, ability to work independently.
