What you will do

• Execute technical presales processes to drive the adoption of the AI security platform.
• Act as a trusted client advisor to ensure successful solution delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Articulate the value of complex technical systems to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Operate within a high-paced environment with frequently changing priorities.
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time to meet client and business needs.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of customer-facing experience in roles such as presales, solution architecture, or technical consulting.
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity concepts and networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, VPNs).
• Fluency in English is essential.
• Strong preference for German language proficiency.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• High standards of integrity and ability to safeguard confidential information.
