Focus on serving as the primary point of contact for employees and guests, organizing appreciation initiatives, and collaborating on team gatherings.

Location: Office-based, 5 days per week in San Sebastian office, Spain

What you will do

  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees, supporting onboarding processes like security cards, health & safety, and Slack channel access.
  • Handle reception duties, ensuring guests are received, identified, and directed appropriately.
  • Manage internal and external partners including property management, suppliers, and service providers.
  • Oversee communal spaces, order management for snacks, drinks, office supplies, and company swag.
  • Collaborate on company culture initiatives focused on humility, inclusion, and belonging, including birthdays and anniversaries.
  • Plan and organize happy hours, gatherings, events, meetings, and off-sites with cross-functional teams and local leadership.
  • Lead on health and safety topics as the point of contact.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an office/workplace manager or equivalent in a fast-growing company
  • Comfortable being present in the office 5 days each week due to on-site client meetings and regular team presence
  • Fluency in English and Spanish (other European languages a strong plus)
  • Reliability and discretion when handling sensitive information
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Excellent computer skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office or equivalent
  • High performer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborative, humble, and problem-solving oriented
