• Support the Hotel Manager and operations team in daily venue management.

• Monitor cost control and operational efficiency to enhance guest value.
• Manage tooling, systems, and planning for ongoing hotel initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant working experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Must be legally allowed to work in Spain.
• Strong organizational and planning skills with a hands-on approach.
• Deep knowledge of the local market and regulations.
