Location: Ideally based in New York City, open to US remote work. Must cover ET hours (3pm-7pm ET before summer, 12pm-7pm ET during summer).

Salary: $18 – $20 per hour

What you will do

• Conduct fraud reviews of Mobile Check Deposits
• Manage debit card disputes for business and consumer accounts
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on in-house automated banking solutions
• Participate in training sessions on banking systems and operations

Requirements

• Undergraduate (Junior/Senior) or Graduate student, major/minor in Economics, Financial Crimes, or related fields preferred
• Extreme attention to detail
• Collaborative team player willing to learn from remote team members and ask questions
• Strong communication skills via email or internal messaging with national/international team
• Fast-paced learner and tech savvy
