What you will do

• Support M&A and strategic partnership evaluations through market research, competitive analysis, and deal sourcing.
• Participate in due diligence processes by reviewing business, financial, and operational data.
• Develop financial models and perform valuation analyses to support investment decisions.
• Prepare reports and presentations for the board and senior leadership to summarize recommendations.
• Assist in various projects supporting general product strategy and operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Salt Lake City, UT area for a hybrid work arrangement.
• Undergraduate student majoring in finance, accounting, economics, strategy, or a related field.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.5.
• Availability to work 10-20 hours per week between June 1 and August 27, 2026.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, and a high level of accuracy.

• Previous internship experience in investment banking, consulting, venture capital, or private equity.
