Salary: $170,000–$190,000 annually

What you will do

• Own unit economics modeling and identify cost drivers at the unit level.
• Act as the embedded finance partner for multiple operational business units.
• Develop frameworks for strategic financial decisions, including real estate and capex.
• Translate complex data analysis into clear, executive-ready recommendations for the VP of Finance and CFO.
• Manage and coach a junior analyst to develop them into a high-performing contributor.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, FP&A, or strategic finance.
• Proven experience with unit economics and building P&Ls from scratch.
• Previous experience in a startup, scale-up, or high-growth technology company.
• Advanced financial modeling skills based on first principles.
• Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) for workflow automation.
• Must be based in New York, NY; hirify.global is unable to provide sponsorship.

• Experience in marketplace, logistics, or operations-heavy industries.
• MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
