What you will do

• Implement enterprise-grade backend services capable of handling high-scale financial use cases.
• Own and develop platform features end-to-end, from initial design through implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Design and implement workflow-based business processes spanning multiple microservices.
• Ensure system correctness under failure, observability, and overall resilience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver features in Banking, Payments, Cards, and Lending.

Requirements

• 8+ years of backend development experience within a microservice environment.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining scalable systems in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Experience with Durable Execution Frameworks or similar orchestration systems (e.g., Temporal, Cadence, AWS Step Functions).
• Deep understanding of high availability, reliability, and scalability for critical production systems.
• Proficiency with CI/CD practices.

Nice to have

• Production experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with Scala and Functional Programming (ZIO, Cats, or scalaz).
• Knowledge of DDD, Event Sourcing, and CQRS patterns.
