What you will do

• Implement enterprise-grade backend services designed to handle high scale and complex financial use cases.
• Own the full lifecycle of features, from initial design and implementation to testing and deployment.
• Solve diverse and complex problems within a large-scale distributed microservices environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features in Banking, Payments, Cards, and Lending.
• Develop high-performance solutions specifically optimized for developer experience and quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of backend development experience, specifically within microservice architectures.
• Hands-on experience building, deploying, and maintaining scalable, testable systems in a cloud environment.
• Deep understanding of production system concepts, including high availability, reliability, and scalability.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• Production experience with Kubernetes.
• Experience with Scala and a passion for Functional Programming (ZIO, Cats, or scalaz).
• Knowledge and experience with DDD, Event Sourcing, and CQRS.
