What you will do

• Build, optimize, and scale robust financial backend systems using Node.js and Postgres.
• Contribute to cloud infrastructure design and operations across networking, servers, and databases.
• Shape system architecture to ensure long-term maintainability and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product direction and business strategy.
• Promote engineering best practices and share backend expertise within the team.

Requirements

• EU work authorization required
• At least 5 years of professional backend development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and SQL databases (Postgres).
• Experience designing, deploying, and monitoring solutions on major cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure).
• Solid understanding of system design and architecture.
• Ability to take ownership and work effectively in an ambitious, collaborative environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with React, Python, or Go.
• Knowledge of GraphQL, Kubernetes, or DevOps practices using Github Actions.
