TL;DR
Senior Backend Developer (.NET/Backbase): Designing and extending enterprise digital banking solutions using the Backbase platform and .NET ecosystem with an accent on scalability, security, and client-facing consultancy. Location: Must be based in the Americas

What you will do
- Design, build, and extend enterprise banking solutions using Backbase and .NET technologies.
- Collaborate with clients, product teams, and architects to deliver scalable and secure digital banking experiences.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and architecture.
- Develop high-performance RESTful APIs and microservices for the fintech domain.
- Lead technical discussions with stakeholders and mentor other developers.
- Participate in peer code reviews and promote engineering best practices within an Agile environment.
Requirements
- Professional experience implementing, integrating, and extending the Backbase digital banking platform.
- 5+ years of software development experience with C#, .NET Core/6+, and ASP.NET Core.
- Proven experience in financial services, fintech, or banking environments.
- Strong expertise in building RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Must be based in the Americas.
Nice to have
- Experience with Azure cloud-native services.
- Proficiency with event streaming technologies such as Kafka.
- Experience with OpenShift.
- Deep domain expertise in digital banking.
