TL;DR

Pre-Sales Engineer (SaaS/Public Transport): Showcasing AI, ML, and optimization solutions to LATAM transportation providers and public authorities with an accent on client discovery, tailored demos, and value assessments. Hybrid in São Paulo, Brazil (minimum 3 days per week in office, ~20% travel within LATAM)

What you will do

  • Serve as trusted advisor to potential clients, conducting discovery sessions and presenting tailored hirify.global solutions.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, proofs of concept, workshops, and value assessments to address technical queries.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams on deal strategy, RFIs/RFPs, and smooth client handovers.
  • Develop expertise in LATAM public transport market, represent hirify.global at events, and collect feedback for product improvements.
  • Support integration discussions and API implementations for post-sale transitions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years in presales, solution engineering, or consulting (SaaS, public transport preferred)
  • Strong technical acumen to explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Project management skills for handling multiple time-sensitive projects in fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal/written communication in English, Portuguese, and Spanish
  • Cross-functional collaboration experience with Sales, Product, and Customer Success
  • Submit CV in English
