What you will do

• Conduct virtual assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatments via text, phone, and video for patients of all ages.
• Manage chronic conditions and coordinate ongoing care.
• Provide preventive care, wellness counseling, and health education.
• Produce clear, efficient visit notes with comprehensive differentials and care plans.

Requirements

• Board-certified MD or DO from US-accredited school in Family Medicine
• At least 5 years primary care experience with adults and pediatrics
• Active unrestricted licenses in min 15 US states per specified requirements
• 1+ year remote work experience preferred
• Excellent communication, clinical judgment, patient engagement, organization, and adaptability to AI tools
