What you will do

• Conduct virtual assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment plans for diverse patients.
• Manage chronic conditions, provide preventive care, wellness counseling, and health education.
• Order/interpret diagnostics, prescribe medications per regulations, handle referrals and authorizations.
• Document in EMR, manage scheduling/follow-ups, complete compliance and administrative tasks.
• Meet performance standards for satisfaction, quality, productivity; participate in quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with Nurse Practitioners via oversight, chart reviews, consultations, and video visits.

Requirements

• MD or DO from accredited school; active, unrestricted US license and board certification (Family Medicine preferred)
• At least 5 years post-residency clinical experience; telehealth strongly preferred
• Active licenses in CA, TX, FL + 5 more US states; willingness to obtain additional licenses
• Availability for 36+ patient contact hours/week on assigned shifts (e.g., 2p-11p, including weekends/holidays)
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization; comfort with telehealth/EMR/AI tools; reliable internet.
• Understanding of physician-NP collaboration regulations; HIPAA compliance.
