Location: Must be based in or able to work from Utrecht, Netherlands (Hybrid)
Salary: €5,994 – €8,563 gross per month (scale 10)

What you will do
- Drive a consistent, client-led global content strategy aligned with the Wholesale & Rural growth agenda.
- Lead editorial governance and channel orchestration across platforms like .com and LinkedIn.
- Develop shared planning tools, editorial standards, and content playbooks for regional teams.
- Act as a strategic partner for RaboResearch and product teams to amplify insights into measurable engagement.
- Optimize content for human and machine discovery (SEO, AEO, GEO) while leveraging GenAI responsibly.
- Manage external agencies and ensure high-quality, on-brand content delivery.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, editorial strategy, or content operations.
- Fluent in both Dutch and English (C1 level required).
- Proven ability to manage complex initiatives and stakeholders in a matrix environment.
- Strong expertise in digital distribution, content operating models, and channel governance.
- Experience with budget management and data-driven content performance analysis.
