Location: Remote from anywhere in the US; must have active NC or SC state medical license (IMLC preferred)

Compensation: $270,000 - $300,000 USD

What you will do

• Provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care via video in a fully remote setting
• Manage dedicated patient panels as their primary care physician
• Handle referrals to specialists or acute care when needed
• Work on population health initiatives including AWVs, care gaps, and risk capture
• Support post-discharge patients to improve treatment adherence and reduce readmissions
• Practice continuous self-evaluation for clinical guidelines adherence

Requirements

• Board-certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• 3+ years post-residency experience; 2+ years in-person primary care
• Experience with virtual visits required
• Active NC or SC medical license (IMLC preferred)
• Prior EPIC EMR experience
• Commit to 40 hours/week (36 clinical): 3x12-hour shifts including Saturday/Sunday + one weekday (flexible 7-9am EDT start)
• Clean background and malpractice history
