Primary Care Physician (FM) (Telemedicine)

Primary Care Physician (FM): Deliver fully remote, video-based comprehensive clinical care encompassing preventive care, sick visits, and chronic condition management with an accent on pediatrics and mental health. Focus on managing dedicated patient panels, population health initiatives, post-discharge support, and reducing hospital readmissions using AI platform.

Location: Remote from anywhere in the US; must have active CA state medical license (IMLC preferred); must work 12-hour shifts on weekends and one weekday (40 hours/week, 36 clinical)

Compensation: $300,000 - $325,000 USD

What you will do

• Provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care in a fully remote virtual setting
• Manage a dedicated panel of patients as their primary care physician
• Handle referrals to specialists or acute care when needed
• Work on population health initiatives including AWVs, care gaps, and transitions of care
• Support post-discharge patients to improve treatment adherence and reduce readmissions
• Practice continuous self-evaluation for clinical guidelines adherence

Requirements

• Board-certified in Family Medicine (preferred) or Internal Medicine
• 3+ years post-residency experience; 2+ years in-person primary care
• Experience with virtual visits required
• Active CA medical license (IMLC preferred); eligible for Medicare provider enrollment
• Prior EPIC EMR experience
• Clean background and malpractice history; comfortable with 3+ cases per hour
