• Conduct virtual assessments, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatments through text, phone, and video visits for diverse patients.
• Manage chronic conditions and coordinate ongoing care.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness counseling, and health education.
• Produce clear, efficient encounter notes with comprehensive differentials and care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians under required state agreements.
• Utilize scheduled administrative time for clinical work and professional development.

Requirements

• Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
• At least 5 years primary care experience with adults and pediatrics
• Active, unrestricted NP licenses in minimum 15 US states, including at least 2 of California, Texas, Florida
• Preference for licenses in California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Washington
• At least 1 year remote work experience preferred
• Excellent communication, clinical judgment, patient engagement, organizational skills, and adaptability to AI tools
