What you will do

• Define and implement global procurement processes ensuring clarity, consistency, and compliance across regions.
• Lead vendor lifecycle from evaluation and onboarding to performance assessment, renewal, and offboarding.
• Manage supplier relationships, drive performance metrics, and deliver continuous improvements.
• Develop real-time dashboards and reporting for visibility into spending, suppliers, and commitments.
• Identify savings opportunities across categories and geographies.
• Partner with Finance, Legal, IT, Security, HR, and Operations as a trusted advisor.
• Champion technology and automation to streamline operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain, including 2+ years leadership in global tech or multinational organization.
• Proven ability to design and implement procurement processes across regions and categories.
• Strong vendor management, contract negotiations, and spend analytics.
• Demonstrated success in cost optimization and procurement transformation.
• Experience with procurement platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and change leadership skills.
