Location: Remote from anywhere in the US; must have active MA medical license (IMLC preferred) and be eligible as Medicare provider

Compensation: $230,000 - $270,000 USD

What you will do

• Provide high-quality preventative, acute, and chronic care via video in a fully remote setting
• Manage dedicated patient panels as their primary care physician
• Handle referrals to specialists or acute care when needed
• Work on population health initiatives including AWVs, care gaps, and risk capture
• Support post-discharge patients to improve treatment adherence and reduce readmissions
• Practice continuous self-evaluation for clinical guidelines adherence

Requirements

• Board-certified in Family Medicine
• 3+ years post-residency experience, including 2+ years in-person primary care
• Experience with virtual visits required
• Active MA state medical license (IMLC preferred); Medicare enrollment or eligibility
• Prior experience with EPIC EMR
• Clean background and malpractice history
• Commit to 40 hours/week (36 clinical), including Mondays and Fridays with flexible start times (e.g., 7am-12:30pm EST)
• Comfort handling 3+ cases per hour and managing acute conditions virtually
