What you will do

• Lead a team of 2-8 developers in the NAS Group.
• Perform C++ coding in multi-threaded, clustered, performance-oriented Linux server-side environments.
• Handle technical aspects of hirify.global’s core storage components.
• Improve filesystem IO flow performance.
• Conduct high-level and detailed design of new features.
• Maintain and refactor legacy code.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven experience in C++ over Linux.
• Proven experience as a development team leader or manager.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Leadership to build a strong, independent team.
• B.Sc. in computer science or computer engineering from a known university.

Nice to have

• Experience in clustered and performance-oriented development.
• Knowledge of storage devices and FS protocols (NFS, NAS, SMB, CIFS).
• Experience managing teams with SCRUM and Agile methods.
