What you will do
- Partner with Sales and CX leadership to drive operational rigor across the renewal pipeline and identify execution gaps.
- Lead high-stakes commercial negotiations, utilizing procurement expertise to protect margins and drive favorable outcomes.
- Develop customer-facing business cases and ROI materials to justify continued and expanded investment.
- Optimize renewal processes and forecasting workflows to ensure on-time closing at or above prior contract value.
- Coordinate end-to-end contracting as the central point of contact between Finance, Legal, and Sales.
- Leverage AI-powered tooling to surface renewal risks and generate data-driven insights for net retention.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Renewals, Procurement, Customer Success, or Sales Operations within a large enterprise or SaaS company.
- Must be located in or able to work from Boston, MA.
- Direct background in enterprise procurement or vendor management (buy-side experience preferred).
- Demonstrated track record of leading complex commercial negotiations and holding firm on pricing and terms.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and deep knowledge of contract management processes.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted sales or customer success tools for predictive churn scoring.
