What you will do

• Own category strategy end-to-end for Banking, Operations, and SaaS, translating into quarterly roadmaps.
• Lead competitive sourcing (RFx) and negotiations from need to supplier award.
• Drive outcomes like savings, cost avoidance, service quality, risk reduction, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Partner with stakeholders as trusted advisor, challenging choices and ensuring structured decisions.
• Embed vendor risk and compliance into workflows, coordinating with Risk, Legal, Security.
• Improve processes and tools, build AI use cases, and contribute to standards and enablement.

Requirements

• At least 5 years in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with procurement tools like Coupa and intake-to-pay workflows.
• Active use of AI for efficiency in daily work.
• Fluent in English and French with strong professional writing skills.
