Salary: $220,000–$250,000 OTE

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for strategic partners integrating CIAM, authentication, and fraud APIs.
• Provide hands-on engineering support, including code samples, reference architectures, and troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to ensure integrations are secure and scalable.
• Develop partner-facing technical assets, including documentation, sample apps, and POCs.
• Support partner enablement through technical workshops and solution design sessions.
• Translate partner feedback into actionable product requirements for the internal roadmap.

Requirements

• Strong expertise with APIs, SDKs, and authentication protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML, MFA, passwordless).
• Background in identity, CIAM, security, or fraud prevention technologies.
• Ability to write production-quality code in Java, JavaScript, Python, or Go.
• Solid understanding of cloud architectures and integration patterns.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Excellent communication skills for bridging business and engineering teams.
