What you will do

• Collaborate with enterprise customers to design tailored IAM solutions using Auth0 that align with business objectives.
• Lead technical workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and drive Proofs of Concept (POCs) and pilot deployments.
• Align identity solutions with business priorities, focusing on ROI, security maturity, and regional compliance (e.g., GDPR, DORA).
• Partner with account teams and channel partners to define strategies and accelerate deal velocity.
• Act as a technical liaison between customers and product teams to inform the product roadmap.
• Represent the company as a technical leader at industry events and webinars.

Requirements

• Must be based in London, United Kingdom (Hybrid).
• Proficiency in identity protocols: OIDC, OAuth 2.0, SAML, and LDAP.
• Strong understanding of core security concerns including SSL/TLS, encryption at rest, XSS, and XSRF.
• Hands-on experience with APIs, SDKs, and developer tooling for identity integrations across various stacks.
• Experience deploying IAM solutions in large and complex enterprise environments.
• Ability to translate complex technical challenges into business outcomes and articulate ROI to stakeholders.

Nice to have

• 8+ years of experience in pre-sales or solution architecture within the identity space.
• Deep expertise in platforms such as hirify.global, Auth0, Microsoft, or Keycloak.
• Experience tailoring IAM strategies to specific industries or international challenges.
• Proficiency in an additional language such as German, French, or Arabic.
