What you will do

• Design and refine client-specific prompts and tool descriptions for agentic frameworks.
• Optimize prompts for clarity and performance, utilizing scripts to automate testing.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and benchmark prompts to establish best practices.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Data Science teams to maintain clear documentation.
• Research NLP advancements and experiment with new prompting strategies and model adaptations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of NLP and machine learning principles.
• Experience in writing, optimizing, and evaluating AI prompts.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.

Nice to have

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science.
• Experience with LLMs like GPT-3, GPT-4, or Llama3.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
• Background in computational linguistics.
• Experience with agile development methodologies.
