What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions leveraging LLMs, NLP, and conversational AI technologies.
• Build and optimize voice-enabled applications using modern Voice APIs.
• Architect scalable AI pipelines and services on AWS, including Lambda, S3, SageMaker, and Bedrock.
• Implement and maintain end-to-end AI workflows, from data ingestion to inference and monitoring.
• Fine-tune prompts and optimize model outputs for better accuracy, latency, and cost efficiency.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the establishment of AI best practices and standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in Mexico.
• 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Deep hands-on expertise in LLMs, NLP techniques, and Claude (Anthropic).
• Proven experience with Voice APIs and speech-based interfaces.
• Strong proficiency in AWS cloud services (Lambda, S3, API Gateway, Bedrock, SageMaker).
• Strong programming skills in Python.

Nice to have

• Experience using Agentic AI to accelerate code implementation.
• Knowledge of C++, Java 2D graphics, 3D OpenGL, or CUDA programming.
• Familiarity with Azure or tools for scalable data processing like Kubernetes and Spark.
• Experience with RESTful API design and CSS.
