What you will do

• Lead end-to-end AI deployments from discovery and technical scoping through system design and production rollout.
• Embed with customer engineering and business teams to identify opportunities and drive AI adoption.
• Deliver complex integrations across data platforms, APIs, and AI models.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into scalable, production-ready AI solutions.
• Codify successful patterns into reusable tools, playbooks, and frameworks to improve scalability.
• Provide structured feedback loops to Product and Research teams based on real-world usage and model performance.

Requirements

• Proven experience deploying AI/ML systems into production, including LLM-based applications.
• Strong understanding of how model behavior impacts product performance and user experience.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers and C-level stakeholders.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business value and drive measurable outcomes.
• Strong systems and architectural judgment with an ownership mentality.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
