What you will do

• Execute the community strategic plan across specific gaming brands in collaboration with Community Developers.
• Create engaging digital content, including guides, short-form videos, and livestream-led activations.
• Monitor and drive player conversations across social media channels, including Discord, Twitch, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align on content calendars and maintain brand tone.
• Identify and leverage key influencers to evangelize the brand within the community.
• Analyze community sentiment and report trending topics and engagement metrics to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Experience in community management or customer service roles.
• Proven track record in user moderation and conversation management in digital environments.
• Strong proficiency with social media platforms, including Instagram, X, TikTok, Discord, and Twitch.
• Background as a creative and knowledgeable gamer comfortable with online communities.
• Excellent communication and copyediting skills.
