What you will do

• Build and execute creator engagement strategy including events, announcements, incentives, and challenges.
• Coach creators on content quality, TikTok Shop features, trends, hooks, and performance optimization.
• Run daily Discord operations: moderate discussions, answer questions, share updates, and maintain resource library.
• Host bi-weekly coaching sessions or AMAs and develop channel structures for education and collaboration.
• Surface top performers and inactive creators to partnerships manager and collect feedback via polls and surveys.
• Drive retention through recognition programs and track KPIs like engagement rates, content output, GMV, and churn.

Requirements

• North America-based (remote role)
• 2-4+ years in community management, creator relations, influencer marketing, or social media.
• Deep understanding of TikTok culture, creator behavior, and social-first content.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and event hosting skills.
• Highly organized for high-volume engagement with fast execution and proactive mindset.
• Experience using Discord communities at scale.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with TikTok Shop, GMV Max, or social commerce ecosystems.
• Background in content creation, trend analysis, or creative strategy.
• Experience building creator programs or educational resources.
