What you will do

• Manage and develop social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram.
• Create and execute localized content strategies for the Polish and Italian markets.
• Write and adapt engaging content, including posts, stories, and reels.
• Manage audience engagement and community interactions.
• Analyze content performance (reach, engagement, growth) to optimize strategies.
• Track sports news to create timely, situational content.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience as an SMM Specialist, specifically within the iGaming, betting, or traffic sectors.
• Strong understanding of gambling and betting promotion specifics and platform compliance.
• Hands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram.
• Fluent written and spoken Italian and English.
• Ability to work with analytics to optimize content based on results.
• Interest in football and familiarity with local humor and memes.

Nice to have

• Experience specifically with the Polish or Italian markets.
• Understanding of local culture, audience behavior, and trends.
• General digital marketing experience.
