Affiliate Manager (iGaming)

Location: Hybrid in Birkirkara, Malta (remote up to 50%)

What you will do

• Manage relationships with new affiliates and provide daily support to existing ones through performance analysis and campaign optimization.
• Monitor KPIs (CPA, CPL, ROI, LTV) and produce regular performance reports.
• Handle invoicing, payment tracking, and financial analysis with affiliates.
• Oversee technical coordination between affiliate platform and operator, including integration, tracking, bug resolution, and flow optimization.
• Ensure affiliates' compliance with regulations and brand standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience managing affiliate programs, ideally in gaming, iGaming, or digital performance marketing.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate platforms, tracking tools, and attribution models (postback, pixel tracking).
• Proven experience in affiliate acquisition, onboarding, and growth.
• Solid understanding of iGaming-specific KPIs and business models (FTDs, NGR, LTV, CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).
• Strong analytical skills with experience in performance analysis, reporting, and data-driven optimization.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written); additional languages (French, Portuguese, Spanish) are a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel with strong financial and ROI analysis capabilities.
• Excellent negotiation, partner management, and teamwork skills.
