What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during software implementation projects, managing the overall relationship.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, schedules, and resource plans to ensure on-time delivery.
• Proactively manage project scope, risks, issues, and dependencies while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including Data Conversion and Business Analysis specialists.
• Manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, expense review, and invoice processing.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews and provide regular performance reports to internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing software implementation projects.
• Experience with local government clients is strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing project financials, budgets, and resource utilization.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Teams, Excel, Visio) and SharePoint.
• Location: Must be based in Texas, Florida, Arizona, or Colorado.
