What you will do

• Implement individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans under BCBA guidance.
• Provide direct 1-on-1 in-home ABA therapy to assigned clients.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions at the client's home.
• Log daily observations and collect critical data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) through remote and in-person supervision.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience providing ABA therapy in school or home settings.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification or willingness to obtain it within 3 weeks of start date.
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT Course (or willingness to take it via the company).
• Effective English communication skills.
• 2+ years of experience working with children/adolescents on the autism spectrum or with intellectual developmental disabilities.
• Ability to work flexible schedules (part-time with possibility of full-time).
