What you will do

• Implement individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition plans under the guidance of a BCBA.
• Provide 1-on-1 in-home ABA therapy to assigned clients.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment for clients during all therapy sessions.
• Log daily observations and report critical data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with BCBAs through remote and in-person supervision to ensure proper technique.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience providing ABA therapy in school or home settings.
• RBT certification or willingness to obtain it within 3 weeks of start date.
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT Course.
• 2+ years of experience working with children/adolescents on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• Availability to work flexible schedules.
