hirify.global is seeking a Business Analyst for its BizOps department to facilitate projects and connect users, developers, customers, and management.

What you will do

• Facilitate and manage projects as a liaison between users and developers.
• Develop and communicate detailed implementation specifications while maintaining customer expectations.
• Prepare reports, timelines, and graphics for management, customers, investors, and other stakeholders.
• Research system difficulties and analyze their nature, effects, and results.
• Work with the IT team on data sampling, project analysis, testing verification, and client database requests.
• Coordinate with colleagues and team leads to assess business impact, support client satisfaction, and provide recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Five to seven years of related experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Management skills with the ability to lead, facilitate, motivate, and organize.
• Curiosity, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to break complex problems into smaller sections.
