• Collaborate with colleagues to understand technical needs, assess project disruptions' business impact, and communicate with team leads for client satisfaction and recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field.
• Five to seven years of related experience.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Experienced management skills to lead, facilitate, motivate, and organize.
