What you will do

• Implement individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans under BCBA guidance.
• Provide direct 1-on-1 in-home ABA therapy to assigned clients.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during all therapy sessions.
• Collect and log daily observations and critical data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) during remote or in-person supervision.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience providing ABA therapy or implementing ABA techniques in school or home settings.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain it within 3 weeks of start date.
• Completion of the 40-hour RBT Course (or willingness to complete it via the company).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English.
• 2+ years of experience working with children and/or adolescents on the autism spectrum.
• Ability to work flexible, part-time schedules.
