What you will do
- Develop and maintain SOPs and process workflows to ensure consistent execution across program teams.
- Gather and synthesize project data related to EHR deployment and operational readiness from multiple consulting teams.
- Translate complex operational metrics into clear executive-level reporting and dashboards.
- Prepare reporting packages and presentations for project leadership and go-live reviews.
- Assess and improve frameworks for collecting and organizing project data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to reconcile data inputs and maintain alignment on metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare environments, specifically supporting health IT or EHR initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in project or program management, including executive communications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project for building and managing project timelines.
- Strong experience developing SOPs, process documentation, and operational playbooks.
- Ability to map workflows, dependencies, and system interactions.
- Must be eligible to work in the US (SDVOSB company).
Nice to have
- PMP certification or equivalent project management training.
- Direct experience supporting EHR implementations or deployments.
- Familiarity with healthcare operational data and deployment readiness indicators.
