What you will do

• Develop and maintain SOPs and process workflows to ensure consistent execution across program teams.
• Gather and synthesize project data related to EHR deployment and operational readiness from multiple consulting teams.
• Translate complex operational metrics into clear executive-level reporting and dashboards.
• Prepare reporting packages and presentations for project leadership and go-live reviews.
• Assess and improve frameworks for collecting and organizing project data.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to reconcile data inputs and maintain alignment on metrics.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare environments, specifically supporting health IT or EHR initiatives.
• 5+ years of experience in project or program management, including executive communications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project for building and managing project timelines.
• Strong experience developing SOPs, process documentation, and operational playbooks.
• Ability to map workflows, dependencies, and system interactions.
• Must be eligible to work in the US (SDVOSB company).

Nice to have

• PMP certification or equivalent project management training.
• Direct experience supporting EHR implementations or deployments.
• Familiarity with healthcare operational data and deployment readiness indicators.
