What you will do

• Lead and develop the NPI-LCE team, fostering a culture of ownership, excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Provide strategic oversight of New Product Introduction phases (KD2–KD6) to ensure delivery on time, cost, and quality.
• Manage the transition from development to volume manufacturing and optimize the product lifecycle for scalability.
• Own the escalation and resolution of product quality and manufacturing risks.
• Drive initiatives to improve manufacturing efficiency, capacity, and production costs.
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations, Quality, and Sourcing to ensure end-to-end product success.

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical or Micro-technical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Strong background in electronic engineering and industrial manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and managing complex product portfolios.
• Demonstrated ability to manage risk and influence cross-functional teams.
• Fluent English proficiency with strong executive communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in fieldwork and laboratory settings, focusing on root cause analysis.
