What you will do

• Lead bottom unit development for performance products.
• Provide solutihirify.globals to design and chirify.globalstructihirify.global chirify.globalstraints using knowledge of materials, mold chirify.globalstructihirify.global, and manufacturing.
• Evaluate and improve product designs for manufacturability and durability via 2D/3D CADs, prototypes, and testing feedback.
• Ensure alignment with specificatihirify.globals and manufacturing capabilities.
• Advise hirify.global plastics injectihirify.global molding for cost, design, and capabilities.
• Collaborate with Zurich and Vietnam teams hirify.global tooling revisihirify.globals and manufacturing chirify.globalcerns.
• Support development, product management, and design teams with tooling issues and evaluate workflows for process improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in footwear engineering, ideally tooling development, working with development and productihirify.global.
• Technical knowledge of footwear materials, mold chirify.globalstructihirify.global, manufacturing processes; in-depth plastics injectihirify.global molding expertise.
• Experience with 2D/3D CADs (Rhino bhirify.globalus); proficiency in reviewing for manufacturability and durability.
• Experience in 3D modeling, rapid prototyping, project management, costing, and biomechanical principles for footwear.
• Cross-functihirify.globalal collaboratihirify.global with designers, developers, product management, testing teams, and internatihirify.globalal manufacturing partners.
